Senior Java Architect-Developer: Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Senior Java Architect-Developer will take an important role in determining the future application architecture to meet our next stage of growth. This position will develop a new suite of applications on which the organization will execute critical business functions. The role will include integrating existing applications and developing new applications from the ground up. S/he will work with the management team to drive application architectural decisions, document those decisions and ultimately lead a team in the development of a highly available solution.

Qualifications include a BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years industry experience designing, developing and maintaining core functionality for J2EE-based enterprise systems (full stack) developing web-based products/services, strong programming skills with Java, Servlets, multi-threading, JSP and JDBC programming, previous experience working with structured development methodologies, experience utilizing JBoss application server, a good understanding of RDBMS concepts, and extensive experience in Open source frameworks including Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JUnit test framework, and XML is highly desired. Additional considerations include experience in healthcare and the development of healthcare applications, experience with ANSI X12 Healthcare EDI transactions, experience with workflow technology and engines, and experience with rule engines.

Junior Business Intelligence Specialist: This individual will develop reports for utilization by the management team and end user community. S/he will lead the research and development of CSI's data warehousing initiatives. This position will assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and will provide ad hoc support in various IT roles as required. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, experience working with large databases (data warehouse experience preferred), and 2+ years experience developing reports. Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and Crystal Reports Xi Bo also required.

Director, Patient Accounts: The Director, Patient Accounts will oversee management of the reimbursement department. S/he will work with the Reimbursement Manager to develop departmental policies and procedures that ensure consistent practices and coordination of efforts across the department. This position will manage all areas of revenue cycle operations specifically related to patient account management. S/he will analyze and report trends in reimbursement as well as develop and implement solutions to positively impact recognized trends. The incumbent will develop relationships with third party payers to resolve claim issues. S/he will assure contracts are implemented accurately. Qualifications include a bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field. Extensive knowledge of reimbursement, including at least 7 years of reimbursement/collections management experience OR healthcare management, is required. Additional requirements include a minimum of three years personnel management experience and a minimum of three years in a healthcare setting. A thorough background and knowledge in managed care, contracts, coding and reimbursement is preferred.
