Columbus Pharmacy Manager: We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist to lead our clinical team in the role of Columbus Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will supervise the clinical staff, oversee QI activities in the pharmacy and ensure accreditation preparedness. Additional responsibilities include clinical management of patient care, standards of care, policy and procedure development and implementation, performance improvement and clinical staff development. S/he will also support our existing team of Pharmacists by working in-staff in accordance with business needs. Qualifications include a BS in pharmacy at minimum, current licensure as a registered pharmacist in Ohio, and prior IV therapy and sterile product experience. An absolute commitment to team work, quality patient care and customer service is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. The Columbus Pharmacy Manager will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, and will participate in an on-call rotation with the pharmacy team. Clinical Pharmacist: The Clinical Pharmacist will manage a patient base and all aspects of clinical care, ensuring the highest level of service and support. This position will also oversee the compounding of IV admixtures and dispense medication and supplies. Qualifications include a BS in pharmacy at minimum, current RPh licensure, and prior IV therapy and sterile product experience. Candidates must demonstrate a positive, self-starting attitude and support a team approach to patient care. Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required. CSI offers regular Monday through Friday office hours in a business casual office environment. On-call hours are worked on a rotational basis.
