- Who checks eligibility and benefits?
The CSI Network Services staff is responsible for verifying that the patient has a payor source and what his/her benefit covers. Our staff will inform you of any out-of-pocket responsibility.
- Do you provide all services yourself?
CSI Infusion Services provides for all home infusion needs across the Ohio region inclusive of Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Home Health and Hospice services are supplied by subcontracted providers which go through an extensive credentialing process.
- What does the credentialing process entail?
Home care companies known for their quality are identified to be part of the CSI Network. Each entity will complete an extensive credentialing document which was designed to meet NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) guidelines. The information provided is reviewed by our credentialing committee for the home care organization’s ability to meet our standards and ability to achieve excellence in care. All credentialing information is updated and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
- Does CSI Network Services monitor patient progress?
Our Um nurses gather all information from the home care professionals and provided you with updates as needed. Our goal is to simplify the process for you and assure a successful outcome in care.
- How do you monitor your quality care and services?
We have an extensive quality measurement program that includes tracking the performance of our contracted home care companies. This tracking includes: Outcomes, occurrences, patient satisfaction, provider satisfaction, network utilization rate, efficiency of admissions process and various financial measurements.
- What type of reports will you provide?
CSI Network Services will provide reports tailored to your needs.
